The I CARE program is a way for you to help local community action agencies provide financial assistance for heating bills and home weatherization to customers in need in your neighborhood. All one-time and monthly donations provide assistance to low-income customers in your community.

 

Eligible homeowners and renters can seek assistance with home heating and/or cooling needs through LIHEAP. Available funds and requirements vary by state.

Some customers choose to help their neighbors and loved ones directly. Anonymous payments can be made over the phone by individuals or businesses to any MidAmerican Energy customer's account. To make a phone payment, call MidAmerican Energy at 888-427-5632.
