Our interns receive insight into a career in the energy industry and gain real-world experience working alongside employees doing meaningful work. Students complete structured assignments and challenging projects and receive ongoing, constructive feedback. At the end of the internship, the student receives a final performance assessment evaluating his or her readiness for future employment.

 

Typically, interns are enrolled as full-time college students and are hired for the summer program, which runs from mid-May to mid-August.
